Tenant improvements include demolition of non-bearing partitions walls to existing building and the addition of new non-bearing partitions walls for a new design of the boilermaker office and trade school. also, the improvements include improve installation of the mechanical system (ac/heater), new installation of plumbing fixtures and pipes,and upgrade the electrical installations to accommodate office expansion new welding booths.

Construction
The project consists of the construction of 4,736.50 sq. ft. wood framed building for a retail center. the proposed building will be situated on 15,000 sq. ft. lot (approx 0.34 acres). the site will include the improvements including, the construction of a new parking lot of approximately 8,016.00 sq. ft. , the installation of new parking light pole lights including the pole foundations, the installation of landscaping and irrigation and finally the construction of a trash enclosure.
