GRADING PLANS

 

The grading plans must be prepared under the supervision of a licensed architect or civil engineer. The plans must be signed and sealed by the licensed architect or civil engineer before the permit is issued.

When qualifying activities exceed 2,000 cubic meters of material, the County Code requires a civil engineer to prepare the plan.
